After much deliberation and confusion, National Council Of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has released it's new books.

NCERT has put some of these books online. You can read them here:

But before jumping on your chair for being able to read the books of NCERT online, please note that these are only the contents of books packed into PDF format files. So, you will not be actually able to read the books, but you can know about contents of upcoming books of NCERT.

The Times Higher Education Supplement (THES) in partnership with the research resources of, Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), the international education and career development group) has recently published the Top 200 WORLD UNIVERSITY RANKINGS for the year 2006.This is the third year that the THES – QS World University Rankings has been published by the Times Higher Education Supplement (THES).

Entrance Result OPENMAT-XXI have been announced by IGNOU. This result can be accessed at http://stusupport.ignou.ac.in/ResultEntrance21.asp

IGNOU has launched an online system called SWISS (Single Windows Information & Student Support). This is a single place where a student can do various works, which he had to search through the entire website of IGNOU. These services are following:

All India Pre-Medical Pre-Dental Entrance (Preliminary) Examination 2007 would be conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education on 1^st April 2007 (Sunday). To facilitate the candidates, particulars of all eligible candidates with Roll No.s and center of examination have already been put on website www.cbse.nic.in . Admit Cards have also been dispatched to the candiates individually.
