Delhi University is once again going to implement a four-year undergraduate course from next year. After the first attempt failed in 2014, now the university’s academic council has given its nod to the new structure on Tuesday evening.

Delhi Education Department Launches Science e-Magazine
Delhi Deputy cheif minister and education minister Sh. M.S. Sisodia inagurated a new science e-magazine called "Nai Udaan". This is a bilingual magazine and is available in both flapbook as well as PDF format.

CBSE Constitutes Panel to Decide on Class 12th Result Criteria
CBSE has constituted a panel to decide on the criteria for formation of result for class 12th in session 2020-2021. Earlier, CBSE had cancelled the board exam after meeting a of Prime minister Narendra Modi with ministers took a decision to this effect.

CBSE has cancelled the class 12th board exam for session 2020-2021, due to prevailing second wave of Covid-19. Prime minister Sh. Narendra Modi announced this through a tweet.

Karnataka announces panel to frame norms for next academic year for primary and secondary education
The Karnataka government on Wednesday announced setting up an expert panel to frame guidelines for primary and secondary education for the year 2021-22. The committee will oversee the assessment models, online education, offline education, teacher training methodology, pragmatic utilisation of budgetary resources, and many other related issues, Minister for Primary and Secondary Education Minister said in a statement.
NEP 2020: National Education Policy on fast track, nationwide implementation to start in June
A review committee will monitor task forces set up in 2020, at the central and state level for administering the policy for schools and higher education institutions; a dashboard will be supervised on a monthly and quarterly basis
The implementation process of the National Education Policy (NEP), 2020, is set to hit top-gear with a live dashboard being set up by the Ministry of Education to monitor its progress, beginning June 2021 onwards.
CBSE Issues Guidelines for Promotion of Students in Class X
CBSE has issued guidelines for promotion of students of class X in the session 2020-2021. Earlier, CBSE had cancelled exams for this year due to surge in Covid-19 cases due to second wave in India.

JEE Mains Exam postponed due to Covid-19 Situation
National Testing Agency has postponed the 3rd and fourth round of JEE Mains Exam. The revised dates will be announced later. Students will be given at least 15 days for preparation after declaration of exam dates.
Jharkhand Board Postpones Exams due to Covid-19 situation.

The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has postponed the board examination for classes 10 and 12 due to the worsening COVID-19 situation in the state. A review of Covid-19 situation will be done on 1st June and thereafter a circular will be issued regarding the exams.
Regarding new exam dates, students who are going to appear in the JAC class 10 and class 12 board exams will be notified at least 15 days prior to the new schedule.
